At Ever After Invitations (Cold Start Labs), all products offered on this website are digital wedding invitation templates and hosted invitation websites.
Because these products are customized and delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We request customers to carefully review the product details, features, and delivery timelines before making a purchase.
No Cancellation
Once a payment has been successfully completed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Delay in providing required content (photos, event details, etc.)
Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences after delivery
Misunderstanding of product features that are clearly mentioned on the website
Technical Issues
A refund may only be considered if:
